DonorLink is a fundraising operations platform for nonprofits and ministries. We process donor information on behalf of the organizations that use our platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you give to an organization that uses DonorLink, or interact with one of its campaigns, we may collect:
We use this information to process donations, maintain accurate donor records for the organization you gave to, deliver the communications you've consented to receive, including receipts, giving statements, and campaign messages, and to notify you when a recurring gift needs attention, such as an expired card.
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from DonorLink and the organizations that use our platform related to your donations, sustainer giving, and fundraising communications. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the platform. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf (such as our SMS delivery provider).
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can resume messages by replying START. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@getdonorlink.com.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform, such as our payment, email delivery, and SMS delivery providers, and only for that purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. The organization you gave to has access to its own donor records, governed by its own privacy practices.
getdonorlink.com does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not collect personal information from visitors. If you email us, we use the information you provide only to respond.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the responsibility of holding donor data seriously.
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or contact us at hello@getdonorlink.com to ask what information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletion. Where your record belongs to an organization you gave to, we'll coordinate with that organization to fulfill your request.
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
